Artists paint independently using oil, acrylic, watercolour and mixed media. Their unique artwork shows their individual creative style, knowledge and expertise. To further explore and advance their creativity and skills, they continue to engage in a variety of learning activities and peer mentoring.
Acknowledgements
Kingcrafts member Joe Trimmeliti joined the Art Society of King (ASK) a week before their Annul Art show and entered their En Plein Air competition. The competition required that the submissions be painted within King Township and Joe chose to enter the category of "Autumn Reflections".
His painting "Rural King" won the "Best Architectural Feature" Award.
MMP Stephen Lecce came out to support the arts and to congratulate all the winners. Joe and his painting can be seen on the front page of the King Weekly Sentinel newspaper along with Stephen Lecce and Michele McNally, the President of ASK.
