About The Event
Wonderful Wave Bowls - Pottery Workshop for Beginners (Adults)
Join us to create a beautiful large wavey bowl. Personalize if for a special gift or a family keepsake.
In this beginner workshop you will learn the basic techniques of hand building. Consider your bowl an art canvas to create your very special design with stamps, carving tools, or items brought from home. Grandma's lace or doilies work well, or you can use items from our studio.
Glazing will be done after the first firing (approximately 2 weeks after the workshop). During the workshop, we will coordinate an appropriate date and time for participants to return to glaze their bowl. Your bowl will need to be picked up after the second firing, which will likely be about 2 weeks after you glaze it.

The workshop is limited to 12 so register early! The last day for registration is midnight on Monday, October 30, 2023.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting clay on.
Please bring your own beverages, lunch and/or snacks. There is a fridge, kettle and microwave at the studio.
