Learn to Knit II (Beginner Plus)
Create two interesting projects. First: learn to knit the Seed Stitch pattern and create a twisted, beautiful textured headband to warm your ears. A fun project with an attractive stitch that you will be able to do on your own after the workshop to create blankets and scarves.
Second: practice knitting a favourite, eco-friendly and durable diamond shaped coaster. Begin with two stitches then increase stitches outward before decreasing back down. It's quick to make and allows you to practice essential stitches without feeling overwhelmed. This coaster pattern is versatile and can be expanded for future projects e.g. squares for an afghan or a handmade durable kitchen cloth.
