Rental Policy

 

• The space shall be provided by the owner as-is and the owner makers no guarantee regarding the suitability of the space for the renter’s intended use.

 

• After the completion of the event the renter shall leave the space in the same condition as received from the owner. Renter warrants that no illegal activities / substances will be used on the premises.

 

 

 

Payment Policy

 

• Cost to rent our facility is $200 per day.

• Non-refundable booking fee of 25% of rental amount is due at the time of booking.

​

• Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the rental (non-refundable).
